Artifact #6

My dearest sister Cassandra, of which I was sincerely fond of, did this watercolor of myself at our dining parlor table.  While I majored in writing, Cassandra seemed to take a fancy in art.  This study is one of the few visual images public has to get an idea of what I might have looked like.  I was not prose to portraits and if so they were not kept in qualitative condition for future reference.  Forgive my heedless ideals of setting my concerns elsewhere such as that of my literature!

  1. Your sister is gorgeous! You and your sister reminds me of me and my brother. While I had a talent for music, my brother Carl was in the business world, only because my mother didn't want Carl to play music

  2. What do you think made the two of you go down diffrent paths? You going forth with writing, and your sister pursuing her career in art.

  3. That is a watercolor of myself, Mozart, not of my sister. The mistake is minor though; we did have much in common, including our physical appearances. That is a shame about your brother, but I guess it was best for both of you.
To Joseph Emidy, I reckon our individual passions drove us down different paths, however long and sinorous they may be. Her love of art was just as strong as mine for literature, and for that reason we embraced our differences and admired each other.
